It is not required that an incident fit within one of the types listed below to be reported.
Denying equal privileges or treatment to an individual or group because of their age, ancestry, color, disability or handicap, national origin, race, religious creed, sexual orientation, gender identity, or veteran status.
A form of discriminatory behavior consisting of physical or verbal conduct that is directed at an individual or group because of their age, ancestry, color, disability or handicap, national origin, race, religious creed, sexual orientation, gender identity, or veteran status.
An offense in which the person(s) who committed the offense knowingly or intentionally selected the individual or group who was injured, damaged, or otherwise affected their property by the offense because of their age, ancestry, color, disability or handicap, national origin, race, religious creed, sexual orientation, gender identity, or veteran status.
An offense motivated by hostility or prejudice base on a disability or handicap, national origin, race, religious creed, sexual orientation, gender identity, or veteran status.
Any form of intimidation or harassment against an individual because they reported an incident of discrimination, harassment, hate, or because they participated in an investigation into a report of discrimination, harassment, or hate.
